About The Position

As a Computer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting all customers, sales representatives and internal departments with daily support on any file, design, or uploading questions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
Graphic Arts background, creativity, and design abilities preferred
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong customer service skills.
Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.
Strong PC or Mac Skills
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in all adobe creative cloud applications: Quark Xpress, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Digital Publications, IOS and Android apps, E-Pubs, variable data applications, InDesign

Responsibilities

Keep up to date on the newest software
Be able to introduce new processes, create efficiencies and bring innovative ways to provide value added services to our customers
Create, update, implement and train others on standard operating procedures and processes for customers, sales representatives, and internal departments
Assist internal departments in downloading files from internal and external transfer sites
Provide professional, mechanical, and technical support/guidance for customers, sales, and internal departments
Test customer files for mechanical and technical problems to ensure they are print ready
Document, maintain, and organize customer and internal department communication/interaction
Monitor and respond to customers, sales representatives, and internal departments via phone, email, etc
Assist Prepress and back up the Leads as needed.
Running Customer Service daily reports
All other duties as assigned
