About The Position
We are hiring a Computer Operations Operator to support a large enterprise data center environment.
Requirements
- Experience in computer operations, NOC, or data center support
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows, or AIX environments
- Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Control-M
- Experience with production control
- Experience with enterprise data center operations
Responsibilities
- Monitoring servers, networks, UPS/electrical systems, HVAC, security systems, and production operations to ensure continuous system availability.
- Supporting batch processing, print operations, and vendor coordination.
