About The Position

SHAZAM is looking for a Computer Operator (Item Processing) to join their team. In this position, you will work closely with team members in your department performing the day-to-day customer service and processing activities for the data center. This is a second shift position, Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm CST. Requirements

• Computer operations/data center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking systems operations is helpful.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Accurately perform data entry and maintain precise records to ensure high-quality documentation and workflow.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors via telephone and written correspondence.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-productivity environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
• Think independently and solve problems, providing sounds decisions and guidance for self and team.
