About The Position

As a Computer Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly around the clock. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and support critical operations that ensure reliability and performance. In this role, you will monitor Brightstar’s enterprise systems in a 24/7 operational environment, support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams, execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately, generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution, identify and escalate system issues quickly and effectively, assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a related technical role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Responsibilities
