About The Position
This is part-time hourly technical and public service work providing customer service and technical assistance to customers using computers and software in the Odenton Library Computer lab.
Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Some post-high school computer training at a community college or technical school
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in PC troubleshooting
- Experience using the MS Office Suite applications
Responsibilities
- Providing customer service
- Providing technical assistance to customers using computers and software in the Odenton Library Computer lab
