About The Position
Glendive Medical Center is looking for a CT Technologist to join our overnight imaging team. This position plays an essential role in supporting emergency, inpatient, and after-hours diagnostic services. You'll work independently while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to help deliver timely, accurate imaging results. Requirements
- ARRT certification
- Montana Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain
Nice To Haves
- One year of CT experience
- Experience in a hospital or acute care environment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient safety
- Review patient information and explain imaging procedures
- Position patients appropriately for imaging studies
- Administer contrast agents when indicated and monitor for adverse reactions
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate imaging records
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and quality control procedures
- Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff regarding patient needs and imaging results
