About The Position

Town & Country Services in Tonica, IL is hiring a full-time Comptroller to lead our financial operations and elevate our performance. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As our Comptroller, you'll oversee all accounting operations, manage the monthly close process, and produce accurate financial statements. Your responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, reviewing reconciliations, and ensuring timely financial reporting. By developing KPIs and dashboards, you'll provide valuable insights to leadership, driving growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting operations
  • Experience managing general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes
  • Ability to pass a background check
