About The Position

This position provides assistance for the safe and efficient operation of snowmaking equipment and power production. This role is located at Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake. The starting wage is between $19.00/hr. - $22.80/hr. depending on experience.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have a calm and collective demeanor during challenging operations
Have the aptitude to assist with snowmaking from a remote location by monitoring and recording data from generators, compressors, pumps and all associated equipment, safely starting and stopping equipment automatically or remotely
Able to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to record data accurately and in a timely fashion
Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts
