About The Position

Spokane Eye Clinic is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our thriving physician-led group in Spokane, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established group and work alongside a collaborative team of subspecialists in a highly respected regional practice. You will be joining a group of 26 providers (16 MDs, 10 ODs), including glaucoma, cornea, refractive, pediatric, and retina specialists, with strong internal referral networks and significant unmet demand across the region. This position is designed to support both immediate patient access needs and long-term succession planning, offering the incoming physician the ability to quickly build a busy and sustainable practice. The practice combines the strengths of private practice with a commitment to clinical excellence, education, and innovation. Physicians benefit from doctor-centric teams including scribes, photographers, and technicians, access to modern diagnostic and surgical equipment, strong internal referral systems and practice growth support, and physician-led leadership focused on long-term success and strategic growth.

Requirements

• Comprehensive Ophthalmologist (or Glaucoma Fellowship Trained Specialist).
• Patient-focused, collaborative, and motivated
• Interested in both clinical and surgical excellence

Responsibilities

• 3 days clinic + 1 day OR (ASC-based) Weekly
• Shared call rotation with large physician group
