Requirements
- Must be willing to work weekends and night shifts (as required by product mix and management).
- Must have strong communication skills with both hourly associates and management
- Must be able to work independently
- A lift truck license is required for this position.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with ABB is preferred.
- Prior experience as a machine operator is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making chemical mixes for the coating ranges.
- Responsible for quality testing of mixes for certification
- Responsible for entering test data from mixes into database
- Responsible for communicating/auditing inventory levels of base chemicals and mixes.
- Responsible for reviewing chemical supplier Certificates of Approval (COA).
- Responsible for loading and unloading of chemicals.
- This will require daily interaction with deliveries
