About The Position

The purpose of this position is to operate the EVAL production lines in a safe and competent manner. Daily tasks include loading raw materials, operating twin screw extruders and associated machinery, and packaging into finished product.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year of experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environment preferred.
Previous extrusion experience and knowledge preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate issues, updates, and concerns to supervisors and team members.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods.
Ability to safely climb ladders and stairs.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and accuracy.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high professional standard regarding quality of products, customer service, reliability of equipment, and housekeeping.
Ability to work as a valued team member in a diverse, fast paced manufacturing environment.
Conduct routine inspections and cleaning of equipment.
Perform material handling duties, including forklift operations.
Perform daily calibrations on equipment.
Perform QC analysis on raw materials and finished products.
Understand and comply with all regulatory and company procedures and policies.
Attend and participate in scheduled safety training, operational training, and employee meetings.
Assist mechanical with repairs as required.
Work a day and night 12 hour rotating shift including weekends and holidays (DuPont schedule).
Overtime as needed.
Become a member of the Emergency Response Team (3 year commitment).
