About The Position

At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray which is a foundation to cooking, baking, or grilling a delicious meal. Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will combine raw ingredients and oversee the mixing process. You will join a team of over 150 associates and support safe, reliable, and high‑quality production while collaborating across departments to maintain food safety and operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Forklift operator experience
• Willingness to work overtime to support production demand
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Willing to work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and food‑handling expectations

Responsibilities

• Combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate all related compounding equipment.
• Oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department.
• Use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and all Conagra policies.
• Identify food safety risks and escalate issues.
