About The Position

At Conagra Brands’ Henning Conagra Plant, the Compounding & Mixing Operator combines raw ingredients and oversees the mixing process for production of PAM cooking spray. Reporting to the Production Team Lead, this role supports safe, reliable, and high-quality production and collaborates across departments to maintain food safety and operational excellence. The position is on the second shift, 5:00 PM–5:15 AM, at the Henning, Illinois location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift operator experience.
• Willingness to work overtime to support production demand.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and food-handling expectations.

Responsibilities

• Combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate related compounding equipment.
• Oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department.
• Use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and Conagra policies.
• Identify food safety risks and escalate issues.
