Location: Groveport, OH | Department: Compounding Type: Full-Time | Reports To: Compounding Supervisor/Manager Are you a hands-on leader? Kdc/one is looking for a Lead Compounder to oversee the compounding of bulk products and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with strong math and reading skills
• 2 years of compounding experience in a chemical processing/manufacturing setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pre-weight, processing, or sanitization
• SAP experience
• Previous leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign daily compounding tasks to meet production goals and quality standards
• Troubleshoot errors in SAP and Manufacturing Instruction Packets
• Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Investigate batching issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate across departments and support special projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment
• Support safety investigations and promote safe work practices
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and documentation accurately
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive customer and product information
