About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role involves preparing customized medications, ensuring accuracy in calculations, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in pharmacy information systems
• Proficiency in computer operations
• Precise mathematical calculations
• Basic mathematics skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Effective computer and keyboarding skills
• Working knowledge of pharmacy information systems
• Ability to commute to Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• High school or equivalent education
• Must be willing to achieve Pharmacy Technician Certification via NHA, PTCB, or Curexa In-House program
• Must achieve State Registration

Nice To Haves

• Medication & Compounding Expertise: Knowledge of prescription information, drug identification, generic equivalents, and compounding techniques.
• Current pharmacy technician registration/certification
• Familiarity with pharmacy equipment and systems
