About The Position

This hands-on manufacturing role involves operating mixing and batching equipment, monitoring product quality, and helping ensure each formula is produced safely and accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, with strong basic math and reading skills.
• Basic knowledge of GMP and OSHA requirements and proper PPE use.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working around hot water, cleaning agents, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and commitment to quality.
• Safety-minded, precise, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in compounding, pre-weigh, processing, batching, or a related manufacturing role.

Responsibilities

• Stage and accurately measure raw materials for bulk product batches.
• Operate batching tanks, mixers, and related equipment according to established specifications.
• Perform visual quality checks and promptly report product or process concerns.
• Clean and sanitize equipment in accordance with GMP and safety requirements.
• Collect in-process samples for laboratory testing and make approved adjustments as needed.
• Record production and inventory transactions accurately in SAP.
• Partner with maintenance teams on equipment calibration and preventive upkeep.
• Work safely in a fast-paced environment involving water, cleaning agents, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
