About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Compounder to join our Night Shift Compounding Team. Night Shift employees receive a 15% shift differential in addition to their base pay. Reporting to the Compounding Manager, Compounders are responsible for accurately manufacturing batches according to approved formulas, specifications, and production schedules. Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Above-average reading, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated knowledge of basic chemistry, food science, cosmetic manufacturing, or related processes preferred.
Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manufacture batches according to approved formulas and manufacturing instructions.
Accurately weigh and add raw materials while following established procedures.
Complete production documentation and batch records with a high degree of accuracy.
Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Perform equipment cleaning and sanitization as required.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams to meet production goals.
Identify and communicate process improvements that support efficiency, quality, and safety.
