About The Position

The Compounder is responsible for manufacturing products according to established procedures, health, and safety guidelines. This role involves handling, measuring, and blending bulk chemicals, monitoring batches, cleaning equipment, packaging products, and maintaining a safe workspace. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

• Experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Able to read batch instructions.
• Communicate effectively.
• Solve practical problems.
• Team player with a strong "get-the-job-done" attitude.
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of chemical blending preferred.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products following procedures, health, and safety guidelines.
• Handle, measure, and blend bulk chemicals (liquids, powders) accurately.
• Monitor batches, make adjustments, and ensure quality and quantity standards.
• Clean equipment, maintain records, and follow all safety and GMP rules.
• Package products (pails, drums, totes), weigh accurately, and ensure proper labeling.
• Wear required PPE and maintain a safe workspace.
