About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual for an entry-level composites role. The successful candidate will assist with the fabrication, assembly, and repair of composite components using industry-standard techniques and tools. Training is provided, making this an opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. A full job description is provided at interview.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must take safety seriously and wear protective safety gear as provided under company safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and perform assigned work tasks.
• Use power tools and equipment to cut metal and glue foam forms together.
• Sand forms to desired specifications.
• Load processing equipment.
• Perform composite layup and vacuum bagging, mold prep, and material preparation and kitting.
• Move, bend, and lift objects and materials as required throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
