About The Position

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Composites Supervisor to oversee production of composite unmanned surface vessels (USVs), safety, and lean manufacturing processes. This is a working supervisor role: the supervisor works alongside the production team on the floor while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are met and supporting and developing employees. The role focuses on applying engineered systems and high industry standards to produce high-quality composite vessels, hulls, decks, small parts, and hatches. The supervisor leads by example in safety, maintains a clean and organized production area, oversees proper use of PPE, tools, equipment, material handling equipment, and chemical storage processes, and helps lead safety improvements and training. The role also includes managing critical equipment and tools, planning daily composite inlay and infusion work, conducting in-process inspections, documenting process controls, reporting issues, and contributing to new-model design reviews, prototyping, and continuous improvement. The position is located at Blue Ops in Valdosta, Georgia. It requires regular work in production facilities with exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment, as well as frequent computer and office-equipment use for documentation, communication, and coordination. Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be required for emergency facility responses or projects. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer background check. The position involves access to ITAR/EAR-controlled materials; candidates subject to those restrictions must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence and must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization. The company participates in E-Verify.
