About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Composite Fabrication Machine Operators (Entry-level or Associate) to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan, Utah. The position is for Shift 1 or 2, will be determined after interview. Shift preference is granted to teammates based on their seniority. Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Nice To Haves

• Level B: 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)
• Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
