As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Components Sales Department as a Components Data Entry Specialist.

Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Exemplary customer service and telephone skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software and systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Blueprint or architectural reading experience preferred.
Experience in the metal building industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the Components Sales team with material take-offs for customer orders.
Assist with raw material take-offs to help determine the materials needed for component orders.
Review and organize sold orders to ensure they are properly prepared for production.
Distribute sold orders to the appropriate production team members.
Work closely with the Components Sales team to help keep orders organized and moving efficiently.
Provide general support to the Components Sales team as needed.
Help ensure information is accurate and complete throughout the ordering process.
