About The Position

The Complimentary Evening Social Server will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting them with their food and beverage needs, and maintaining the dining area. This role also involves food preparation according to standards, ensuring proper food temperatures, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas. Daily tasks include cleaning refrigerators, sweeping and mopping floors, and proper storage and dating of food items. The position requires compliance with attendance rules and availability to work regularly.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Must speak fluent English.
P.M. availability is a must.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests as they arrive and offer choice of seating in the dining area.
Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the dining area.
Maintain proper set-up of the dining area.
Preparation of food according to Crescent/brand standards and ensuring proper temperatures of hot and cold items according to health code regulations.
Replenish food and services supplies and utensils in the dining area.
Clean and sanitize all equipment in the kitchen & dining areas.
Clean out refrigerators and reach-ins daily; label, date and rotate all food items.
Sweep and mop kitchen floor and vacuum dining area.
Ensure all food orders are put up and stored in proper places with proper dating.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
