About The Position

This role involves greeting guests, assisting them with food and beverage needs in the dining area, and maintaining the cleanliness and proper setup of the dining and kitchen areas. Responsibilities include food preparation according to standards, ensuring proper food temperatures, replenishing supplies, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and proper food storage and labeling. The position also requires compliance with attendance policies and availability to work regularly, with a specific need for P.M. availability.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • P.M. availability is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive and offer choice of seating in the dining area.
  • Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the dining area.
  • Maintain proper set-up of the dining area.
  • Prepare food according to Crescent/brand standards and ensure proper temperatures of hot and cold items according to health code regulations.
  • Replenish food and services supplies and utensils in the dining area.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Clean out refrigerators and reach-ins daily; label, date, and rotate all food items.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floor and vacuum dining area.
  • Ensure all food orders are put up and stored in proper places with proper dating.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
