About The Position

As a Complimentary Breakfast Attendant, you’ll ensure our guests enjoy a warm and welcoming breakfast experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will leave a lasting impression on our guests. As a Complimentary Breakfast Attendant, you’ll help our guests start the day right. In this role, you will set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and inviting. You will prepare and serve breakfast items, following health and safety guidelines. You will greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with any special requests or needs. You will monitor food quality and replenish items as needed to ensure a consistent offering. You will clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and food stations throughout the breakfast service. You will work with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and delivery. You will occasionally assist in the preparation of banquets and catering meals. You will take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for making guests feel welcome.
