About The Position
As a key member of the guest experience team, the Complimentary Breakfast Attendant delivers exceptional service during the hotel’s morning dining period. This role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and replenishing the complimentary breakfast area in accordance with health regulations. The attendant ensures a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked environment, proactively engaging with guests to enhance satisfaction and resolve any service needs. Collaboration with the culinary and housekeeping teams is essential to uphold a seamless and elevated guest experience. A strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and time management is critical in this fast-paced, guest-facing role.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
- Adapt to varying business demands, which may require working different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
