About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports the bank’s compliance program by assisting with monitoring, analysis, and regulatory updates to help ensure adherence to all applicable laws and internal policies. As a Compliance Support Specialist, you’ll help ensure we meet regulatory requirements, reduce risk, and uphold strong ethical standards—playing a key role in keeping our organization compliant and on track.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• familiarity with loan and/or deposit compliance preferred.
• Willingness to pursue professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCBCO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Residential Quality Control processes and HMDA data reporting activities.
• Assist with Fair Lending analysis to promote equitable treatment of all borrowers and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Help review and document compliance activities across assigned areas.
• Monitor updates from regulatory agencies and industry partners; provide input on procedural changes related to new or revised laws and regulations.
• Review and analyze business unit procedures and manuals related to assigned products and services; collaborate with leadership to address and resolve compliance concerns.
• Assist in administering the bank’s regulatory training platform, including onboarding new users, assigning courses, and resolving access issues.
• Complete required compliance training within established timeframes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
