About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. Requirements

3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the daily activities of the compliance team.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant departments.
Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
Coordinate compliance training programs for employees.
Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance risks and improve controls.
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
Assist during external audits and regulatory inspections.
