The main purpose of this position is to ensure that all Safety/Risk Department rules and policies are being documented, enforced, and resolved. This role involves providing customer service to drivers, communicating problems and resolutions, researching log corrections, working on audit reports to identify violations and determine disciplinary actions, monitoring in-cab device issues, reviewing paper logs, documenting driver incidents and complaints, reviewing MVRs for DOT compliance, assisting with hazardous material questions, viewing video footage from company equipment for accident investigations, answering calls regarding liability, workers' compensation, and cargo issues, projecting a professional company image, resolving customer issues, performing general clerical duties, conducting initial claim investigations, and documenting various driver-related information in AS400 and incident reporting systems. The position also involves performing other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
