As a Compliance Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our ATM compliance programs by reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met. This role involves working independently through a queue of compliance reviews. You'll spend much of your day examining photos and documentation, comparing information against established standards, and making compliance determinations. The work is structured, detail-focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys consistency and organization.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow established processes and guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Ability to successfully complete applicable background screenings

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, administrative support, data review, or quality control
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree (not required)

Responsibilities

Review ATM site photos, surveys, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
Verify compliance requirements using established review guidelines
Approve, reject, or return submissions for corrections when needed
Identify missing information or inconsistencies in documentation
Enter detailed notes and comments regarding compliance findings
Complete assigned review queues within established deadlines
Maintain accuracy while working through high volumes of documentation
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing compliance initiatives
