Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze recurring compliance reports, requests, and monitoring activities, including AML, FinCEN, Privacy, and OFAC reporting, identifying trends, discrepancies, and potential issues for escalation.
  • Support compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting routines by compiling metrics, maintaining trackers, and contributing to management and leadership reporting.
  • Support regulatory and DOI inquiries, market conduct examinations, and compliance audits by coordinating responses, gathering documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting timely completion of requests.
  • Maintain compliance logs, investigation records, and issue management documentation, including uploading, organizing, and routing incoming requests and materials within appropriate systems and tools.
  • Support Privacy and SIU program administration, including intake, preliminary review, documentation, tracking of matters, and escalation of complex or sensitive issues as appropriate.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain compliance documentation, procedures, correspondence, job aids, and training materials in collaboration with Compliance subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, version control, retention, and, where applicable, shipment of compliance materials related to audits, examinations, investigations, and regulatory requests.
  • Support day‑to‑day Compliance operations by facilitating the intake, routing, and distribution of compliance‑related correspondence and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including Legal, Risk, Security, Operations, and business teams, to validate information, provide guidance on compliance items, and support escalation pathways.
  • Support regional compliance activities, including Cayman and Caribbean compliance, by managing requests, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, and monitoring regulatory developments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements related to workflows, documentation, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned to support the Compliance program and evolving regulatory requirements.
