About The Position

White Birch Armory in Dover, NH is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist for an evening and weekend schedule. This role involves reviewing and processing firearm documentation, conducting applicable checks, and ensuring every record meets strict regulatory standards. The specialist will prepare and submit NFA paperwork, audit serialized inventory, perform compliance reviews, validate firearm sales records, and respond to trace requests, all while ensuring compliance with ATF, NFA, state, and local regulations. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of transactions and processes within a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records
• Ability to follow detailed regulatory processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree in Business, Compliance, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, firearms operations, or administrative support
• Familiarity with ATF regulations, NFA processes, and firearm compliance procedures
• Strong technology and record management skills
