Responsible for executing the compliance process for new placements while maintaining ongoing oversight to ensure adherence to Triage, client, state, and Joint Commission standards. Serve as the primary compliance liaison for healthcare professionals and Triage clients, ensuring all federal, state, client, and Joint Commission requirements are met. Execute the compliance process for new healthcare professionals, including review and verification of documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Proactively collaborate with Sales and Recruiting, maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure healthcare professionals are cleared to start assignments on time. Partner with third-party vendors to complete all necessary background checks, exams, medical testing, and other required screenings. Ensure state specific background check and fingerprint requirements are accurately identified and communicated to the Background Specialist for timely processing. Clear and maintain assigned files in a timely and organized manner, ensuring compliance standards are met prior to start and throughout the assignment lifecycle. Process assignment extensions ensuring all compliance requirements are current. Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding compliance status for booked and active healthcare professionals. Accurately maintain compliance documentation within internal systems and applicable Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ensuring data integrity and audit readiness. Efficiently serve Triage clients while upholding Triage’s high standards of ethics.
