AECOM is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist for full-time, on-site support at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. This role involves utilizing scientific principles to develop technical solutions, interpreting data, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The specialist will work under general direction, independently determining approaches to solutions and participating in planning to achieve objectives. The role includes conducting analysis and investigation, developing corrective measures, formulating hypotheses, performing research, and making recommendations. A key responsibility is performing on-site installation support to maintain compliance with Title V Air Operating permits and verify that emissions do not exceed air quality standards. The candidate will assist installation Air Quality Program Managers with monthly recordkeeping, updating quality assurance checklists, emission limit monitoring, and demonstrating compliance with Title V permit conditions.
