This is a senior-level professional position that provides key support in areas of quality assurance/ improvement, program review and grantee training on standards of care. The incumbent performs a variety of complex and technical work assignments requiring the use of independent judgment, action, and initiative. Specific responsibilities include monitoring and advising the Program Director regarding compliance and corrective actions, maintaining, and compiling divisional statistics for a variety of reports, and disseminating and retrieving information regarding Ryan White, HIV Services/ EHE and programs. Represents the agency at local, state, and national meetings related to HIV/AIDS. Work is performed under the general administrative direction of a management official, while exercising a high degree of independence and is reviewed through conference, reports, and the effectiveness with which departmental objectives are met.
