About The Position
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Compliance Specialist I to join our team! The Compliance Specialist I supports compliance operations by managing records, processing requests, and maintaining documentation. The role receives and organizes compliance-related records and documentation, responds to inquiries, and coordinates documentation activities to ensure secure handling of information and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience in medical records; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within North Carolina.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

- Experience with assisting in organizing confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and organize compliance-related records and documentation.
- Process internal and external records requests and coordinate retrieval with vendors and staff.
- Maintain secure storage and tracking of records in accordance with retention requirements.
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding records, confidentiality, and documentation processes.
- Assist with scheduling, agendas, and materials for compliance-related meetings.
