About The Position

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Compliance Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of federal program management principles, processes, and best practices for executing complex IT, data management, and telecommunications initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Government Contracting Officers (KOs), project leads, government stakeholders, and customer agency representatives.
  • Skill in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling project activities to meet contractual, schedule, performance, and mission requirements.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day project operations, including resource coordination, risk management, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies and industry best practices for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to effectively manage teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Ten (10) years of IT/Logisitics project/program supervisory experience
  • BS or BA
  • PMP or similar certification
  • ITIL v4
  • DOD 8570/8140 IAM Level II
  • Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Project Manager for large, complex projects or related initiatives supporting common, standard, or migration systems.
  • Coordinates with Government Contracting Officers (KOs), project leads, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives to ensure successful execution of project objectives.
  • Provides overall management and oversight of contractor support activities, including planning, staffing, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and quality control to meet contractual, schedule, and mission requirements.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, resolves issues, and promotes collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Applies industry best practices and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies to drive operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and ensure successful project execution.
