About The Position
This role is responsible for coordinating various compliance operations activities, including internal and external audits, regulatory submissions, and compliance reporting. The analyst will maintain records, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Support for regulatory systems and the compilation of compliance data for reporting and dashboards are key aspects of this position. The role also involves performing other assigned duties to support the Compliance Operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with general compliance and ethics principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates Compliance Operations activities for internal and external audits, including requests, documentation, evidence, deadlines, and follow-up.
- Maintains audit records and tracking mechanisms to support timely completion of audit activities.
- Tracks audit findings and related remediation activities through closure.
- Coordinates and tracks regulatory submissions, requirements, and other assigned compliance program activities.
- Communicates deadlines, follows up with responsible areas, and maintains documentation of completion.
- Provides support for HPMS and other regulatory systems, access, submissions, and related activities.
- Coordinates regulatory reporting activities with responsible business areas, including communicating and tracking applicable deadlines.
- Receives and tracks regulatory reports and supporting documentation and coordinates Compliance review and validation, as applicable.
- Tracks regulatory submissions through timely completion and maintains supporting records and documentation.
- Maintains reporting mechanisms to support Compliance Operations dashboards and governance reporting.
- Maintains Compliance Operations tracking and reporting mechanisms across assigned activities.
- Compiles and summarizes compliance activity, status, trends, and outcomes for dashboards and governance reporting.
- Supports timely and accurate Compliance Operations and regulatory reporting.
- Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
