About The Position
An exceptional healthcare facility located near Colby, Kansas, is seeking a licensed clinician with experience in risk management to join its team as their Compliance Officer. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, Day Shift. Requirements
- Must have an active license as an RN, LPN, PT/PTA, or OT/OTA
- Must have experience in Quality and/or Risk Management
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assessment and improvement programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and corporate and hospital policies
- Provide regular updates to the facilities leadership team and governing board
