About The Position

Manage enterprise-wide regulatory consumer compliance reviews; stay abreast of regulatory initiatives and monitor regulatory changes to keep review documents current; maintain proactive client relationships with department management being reviewed and is the primary liaison with respect to compliance review matters relating to those departments.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years bank regulatory compliance experience is required
• Competent knowledge of banking and bank related regulations
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to research, track, update and communicate compliance issues
• Ability to analyze complex data and extract information critical to identifying and communicating compliance risks
• Possess business acumen
• High degree of understanding bank regulatory compliance requirements
• Display professional attitude, good judgment and effective human relation skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• A valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Specialized compliance training
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
• Bank regulatory experience with a functional regulatory, or similar compliance experience
