About The Position

The Legal Office is looking for a Compliance Officer who will provide administrative support to ensure compliance with legal timelines, track lawsuits in which the agency is a party, coordinate the administrative rule review filing process, assist with and track agency fulfillment of public record requests, track completion of mandatory ethics law requirements, and assist with records retention. This position will work from OHFA's offices located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231. The State of Ohio is a drug-free workplace which prohibits the use of marijuana (recreational marijuana/non-medical cannabis). Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with filing administrative rules and State of Ohio government agencies
  • Familiarity with records retention schedules, Ohio Ethics Laws, and Ohio Public Records Laws
