About The Position

We are seeking a Security Compliance Specialist to support cybersecurity compliance and governance, with a focus on regulatory adherence and control validation. This role acts as a bridge between compliance and security operations, requiring foundational technical skills to maintain audit readiness and control effectiveness. The position involves supporting compliance with frameworks such as NYDFS 500, NIST CSF, and CIS, performing evidence collection, and validating security controls like MFA enforcement and log retention. Collaboration with Security Engineers, Legal, and third-party assessors is essential, as is maintaining governance documentation and ensuring timely completion of compliance activities.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Proficiency in log analysis
• Cloud security fundamentals
• Familiarity with GRC platforms
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Strong communication skills
• Technical excellence
• Aptitude and drive to continuously improve
• Team Vision & Culture alignment is extremely important

Nice To Haves

• Certifications like Security+ or CCSP preferred
