About The Position

Baptist Health is hiring a Compliance Manager to join our Corporate Compliance team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity, with the flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week. The Corporate Compliance team plays a critical role in supporting Baptist Health's commitment to ethical business practices, regulatory compliance, and organizational integrity. This role is ideal for an experienced compliance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about risk mitigation, regulatory oversight, and continuous program improvement. The Compliance Manager is central to day-to-day compliance operations, ensuring the organization remains proactive, responsive, and aligned with regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years Healthcare Compliance Experience Required
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee investigations, issue tracking, and follow-up activities related to compliance matters
  • Monitor key compliance program initiatives, ensuring effectiveness and regulatory alignment
  • Coordinate and support compliance training and education programs across the organization
  • Maintain and update compliance-related policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes and organizational priorities
  • Oversee compliance hotline activities, including intake, investigation tracking, and reporting
  • Manage Conflict of Interest (COI) and Code of Conduct (COC) processes and related compliance activities
  • Monitor and support Open Payments reporting requirements and regulatory compliance obligations
  • Track and communicate regulatory changes, assessing potential organizational impact and recommending actions
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Support ongoing compliance program development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage the day to day facility compliance operations.
