About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Compliance Manager to join their team. This role involves building relationships with Independent Contractors, managing client inspections, and responding to customer inquiries to improve service quality. The Compliance Manager will assess scopes of work, uphold operational policies, and ensure compliance with client standards, utilizing problem-solving and communication skills to address client needs. This is a night shift position starting at 5:00 PM and ending between 2:00-3:00 AM, with client site visits potentially starting between 7:00-10:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of management experience.
• Skills in coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations.
• Top-notch planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
• Innovation and drive for continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the commercial janitorial services industry is a plus.
