About The Position

Foundever is seeking a hands-on Compliance Manager for its North America compliance function. This role involves owning real workstreams, including writing reports, maintaining trackers, running monitoring, managing licenses, and identifying compliance gaps. The Compliance Manager will collaborate directly with operations, legal, and client teams to ensure regulated service lines remain compliant. This is a role focused on execution and end-to-end ownership of compliance domains, rather than strategic planning or committee presentations.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of compliance experience as a primary job function.
  • Industry background from gaming or iGaming, insurance, BPO, contact center, outsourcing, or dialer/telemarketing operations.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of at least two of the following core domains: TCPA, AML/KYC, ABAC, or third-party licensing.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to write clearly and present findings to non-compliance audiences.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment with full accountability for outputs.
  • Must currently live within 60 miles of Fayetteville, NC or Las Vegas, NV.

Nice To Haves

  • Gaming commission filing experience (state licensing, iGaming, sports betting, responsible gaming).
  • Multi-state insurance producer licensing or P&C regulatory compliance experience.
  • Canadian regulatory exposure (CASL or provincial licensing variation).
  • GRC tool experience (ServiceNow, Archer, MetricStream, NAVEX, OneTrust).
  • CAMS, CCEP, CFE, or CRCM certification.

Responsibilities

  • Own dialer compliance, including TCPA, ATDS, consent management, and outbound contact rules.
  • Manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements in an operational or customer-facing context.
  • Oversee Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) frameworks, such as FCPA, and apply them to business operations.
  • Track, manage, and renew licenses across multiple US states or Canadian jurisdictions.
  • Conduct controls testing, document findings, and prepare clear compliance reports for leadership.
  • Maintain a live compliance matrix and ensure it is kept current.
