About The Position

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide. We are looking for a skilled and highly driven Compliance & KYC Officer to join our Legal & Compliance department. The right candidate will hold a key role in a team which handles a variety of interesting compliance projects for a leading B2B iGaming software provider.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Compliance, Law or Finance.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry or similar.
  • Experience with compliance and internal control procedures and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate projects with various teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical thinker and solution driven.
  • Detail-oriented and organised.
  • Diplomatic but being able to take a reasoned stand to support their ideas.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a complex and changing business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain compliance with existing licenses and assist in new license applications.
  • Carry out ongoing monitoring duties of clients and suppliers; ensuring that all applicable information and documentation is up to date.
  • Maintaining updated information and documentation on all EveryMatrix subsidiary companies and other affiliated entities and individuals.
  • Assist in preparation of compliance reports and training as needed.
  • Work with the Compliance team, Head of Compliance, Director of Legal and Compliance and all stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal and external processes and regulation.
