About The Position

The Compliance Driver drives regularly to homeowner association communities managed by Spectrum AM and documents homeowners who are not in compliance. The role spends approximately 90% of the workday driving through neighborhoods in a company vehicle. Occasionally, the employee may need to use a personal vehicle because of scheduling issues or while the company vehicle is unavailable for repairs or maintenance; mileage reimbursement is provided for personal-vehicle use. Some communities require walking on portions of the property. The position may also involve helping frustrated homeowners and de-escalating or resolving conflicts, with training provided for these situations. The role offers autonomy, an organizational support structure with mentors, subject-matter experts, training, and managers, and in-house education and personal development. It can provide a path to other positions at Spectrum AM through experience, training programs, and individual commitment.
