Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in technical writing, proposal development, quality documentation, regulatory affairs, contracts administration, or paralegal work
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, well-organized documents under deadline
- Comfortable synthesizing input from engineers and analysts into clear narrative
- Strong attention to formatting, consistency, and completeness
- U.S. citizenship is required
Responsibilities
- Assemble documentation packages from technical, sourcing, and supplier-provided inputs
- Draft narrative sections summarizing findings, actions taken, and supporting evidence
- Ensure packages meet defined format, content, and traceability standards
- Maintain version control and an audit-ready record of all submissions
- Track package status through internal review and approval
