About The Position

At Solace, we operate at the center of one of the most complex systems in the country. Our platform supports patients navigating diagnoses, insurance battles, and care coordination across all 50 states. Compliance is not a back-office function here, it is core to how we earn and maintain trust with patients, advocates, and partners. As Compliance Counsel, you'll provide legal and regulatory judgment on how Solace operates within healthcare law while enabling the speed and ownership that make our advocates effective. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Compliance, you'll take ambiguous, fragmented requirements across federal programs (including Medicare), state regulations, and privacy laws, and turn them into guidance, policy, and systems the company can actually run on.

  • Experience supporting audits, investigations, monitoring activities, and compliance program operations.
