The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting and monitoring compliance activities across the Vintage Housing affordable housing portfolio. This position assists with ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal affordable housing regulations, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Affordable Housing Program (AHP), Fair Housing requirements, and other funding source regulations. The Compliance Coordinator works collaboratively with property management staff to maintain accurate resident files, prepare for audits and inspections, monitor reporting requirements, and support overall operational compliance efforts.
